Every home workstation in your group, built and evidenced the same way.

We supply, build, calibrate and support home reporting workstations for teleradiology companies, insourcing providers and hospital groups, with the paperwork your governance team asks for.

The problem we solve

When radiologists buy and maintain their own kit, you inherit a mix of displays, security settings and calibration records. Proving that every home setup meets your standard becomes a chase every time an auditor asks.

We give you one build standard, one support route and one set of records for every radiologist you onboard.

What your group gets

A standard build
One agreed specification for workstations, displays and software, applied to every radiologist. New starters get the same setup as everyone else.
Monthly evidence
A service report and a display QA compliance report for each workstation, on the first working day of every month.
Contracts that fit
Terms of business, a service level agreement and a data processing agreement, agreed once for the whole group.
Lifecycle planning
Device age, warranty and display hours tracked for you, with replacement quotes raised before hardware becomes a risk.
Controlled access
Named, logged remote sessions, multi-factor authentication on our tools, and client credentials kept in a dedicated password vault.
Billing that scales
Hardware invoiced once per order, support billed monthly per workstation by Direct Debit. Add or remove radiologists as your team changes.

Working with NHS data

If your radiologists report NHS work, any supplier with remote access to their workstations may need to meet the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit. Tell us on the call which contracts your radiologists report against, and we'll confirm the assurance we can provide.

Our current Data Security and Protection Toolkit status: [DSPT STATUS]. Cyber Essentials: [CYBER ESSENTIALS STATUS].
