A home reporting setup that passes your provider's checks.
You tell us who you report for. We specify, build and calibrate a workstation to their standard, then keep it working so your sessions start on time.
Why radiologists use us
Each reporting provider sets its own rules for displays, security and remote access. Meeting all of them on your own takes evenings you would rather spend elsewhere, and a failed display check can stop you reporting.
- One standard, many providers. We build to the strictest standard among the providers you report for, so one setup covers them all.
- Evidence on hand. You get a monthly display QA report you can send to any provider that asks.
- A person who answers. You call or email us directly. We know your kit because we built it.
What's in your setup
- A reporting PC tower or laptop, specified for your PACS viewers and dictation software
- EIZO diagnostic displays, plus a colour display for RIS, email and dictation if you need one
- Calibration to the DICOM grayscale standard, with the baseline recorded at handover
- Full-disk encryption, anti-malware, managed updates and device monitoring
- Installation of your reporting providers' software and VPN clients
- Delivery by tracked courier, or installation at your home where it makes sense
Already have hardware you like? We can take on support and QA for it after a health check.
Questions radiologists ask
Do you work with sole traders and partnerships?
Yes. You can contract with us through your own company, a partnership or as a sole trader. We invoice whichever entity you use.
How long does setup take?
It depends on display stock and how quickly your providers grant access. We confirm a date in your quote, and you can track every step with us.
What happens if a display fails?
Raise it by phone, email or the support portal. We diagnose it remotely, manage the warranty claim with the supplier, and keep you reporting where we can.
Can you work out what my providers require?
Yes. On the discovery call we capture the providers you report for and the standard each one sets, then specify the build to meet them.
