Terms of business
Every quote comes with our terms of business, a service level agreement and a data processing agreement. You accept all three when you accept the quote.
What the documents cover
- Terms of business: what we supply, payment terms, liability and how either side can end the agreement.
- Service level agreement: support hours, response times and what each support plan includes.
- Data processing agreement: how we protect any personal data, including patient data, that we can access while supporting you.
Payment
We invoice hardware when you place an order and order it once payment clears. Support is billed monthly in advance and collected by Direct Debit. We may charge statutory interest on late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Price changes
We review prices each January and give you at least 30 days' written notice of any change.
